Incredible, fairly clean place and nice area. Vibrant room, spacious well equipped with a ventilator. Great and INCREDIBLE location, within easy walking distance of Mercado Belen Market.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was cozy and super clean, with comfortable beds and a great view of the river from the upstairs lounge. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the river and plaza de armes. The staff were friendly, assisting us with taxis and providing helpful information.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of items.

I recently stayed at Epoca in Iquitos for a day. The hotel's location was perfect, with an easy walk to the river and plaza de armes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging taxis and providing useful recommendations. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a great shower with good water pressure. The hotel's ambiance was charming, with beautiful antique decor, a balcony overlooking the lush river banks, and a dining room with a view. It was ideal for a longer stay, with spacious rooms and additional beds in some rooms.

Friendly and attentive staff, organized airport pickup, clean rooms with desk and chair, included breakfast on terrace with nice view, near Belen Market and Plaza de Armas, hotel has river view but not rooms.

The hotel was conveniently located close to everything, including some very nice restaurants. It was also near the river, which provided a beautiful view. the main plaza was just a short walk away. the room was spacious and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. the bathroom had a good shower with hot water. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even negotiating a lower fare for a tuk-tuk ride. the breakfast was great and the overall service was excellent.

There was a problem with the wifi, as it didn't work properly.

The lobby and bar had a very cool atmosphere, and the staff were really nice too make sure I had a great experience. When the wifi in the guest computer was slow, they allowed me to use the front desk computer to make an important airline reservation. They even arranged for a taxi to the airport at 2am. I was impressed with the level of service I received. The room itself was verysuper clean and cozy, providing a good night's sleep. I highly recommend Epoca for its excellent staff, great amenities, and convenient location.

The air conditioning in the hotel worked well and helped keep the room cool during our stay. we were impressed with the friendly and welcoming hospitality from the staff. the freshly made pisco sours upon arrival were a nice touch and added to the enjoyable experience. the location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The wifi at the hotel was not functioning properly during our stay. This was disappointing as we relied on internet access for various purposes.
